TOKYO, JAPAN — The Land of the Rising Sun is liable to get a more personal rise out of news DMM.tv is readying a new service to stream high-definition pornographic movies to Sony’s PlayStation 3 game consoles.According to DMM’s website (via Kotaku.com, which is in English), all that will be necessary to experience the glory of Blu-ray-quality porn streamed right to one’s home is a PS3, an HDMI cable and a broadband internet connection. Users need only surf over to the DMM website, punch in a credit card number, and head for the search engine to find favorite performers, titles, genres or keywords.

At least at first, the service will be available only in Japan and only for the PS3. Americans, don’t get your hopes up.
